2023: After skipping the NBA conference, Tinubu has another opportunity to engage with Atiku and Obi in another setting

Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Atiku Abubakar, and Peter Obi have been summon to a chemise meeting that will take place in Keffi, Nasarawa state, later in September.

Other presidential campaigners participating for the Aso Rock seat in 2023 will take part in chemise participation introduced by Mr. Ahmed Wadada.

The gathering, according to the coordinator, aims to recommend understanding among the presidential campaigners.

The National Unity Polo Tournament in Keffi-Nasarawa State has sent an invitation to Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi, and Bola Tinubu less than a day after the Nigerian Bar Association conference’s opening ceremony.

Other political heavyweights, sovereigns, and other consequential players in the nation will be present at the event.

Mr. Ahmed Wadada, the event’s originator and promoter, said this on Tuesday, August 23, in Abuja.

The competition will last over four days and is scheduled for September 8 to 11.

According to the organizer’s statement, the event will provide a forum for communication among the presidential contenders who will be competing for the top spot in the next general elections in 2023.

He stated:

“Ahead of the start of any presidential candidate’s campaign, the political climate in the nation is already inflamed.

The tournament is necessary to ease tension in the political sphere since it may become hotter in the coming months.

The occasion would also provide Bola Ahmed Tinubu a chance to prove his worth after facing harsh criticism for skipping yesterday’s NBA conference.

Senator Kashim Shettima, who is running with Tinubu, spoke at the gathering in his honor.

Speaking at the occasion, Shettima said that he and Tinubu, working together, would be able to duplicate Lagos’ achievements across the Federation.

However, the Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Sa’ad Abubakar III, who will serve as the day’s royal father, is among the prominent dignitaries who are anticipated to attend the polo competition in Keffi.

Other noteworthy attendees include Sen. Ahmed Lawal, President of the Senate, Mr. Femi Gbajabiamila, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Sen. Rabiu Kwankwaso, Presidential Candidate for the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP), Sen. Hamza Al-Mustapha, Retired Major.
