Attorney attacks ex-hubby of his client in tribunal

A comedy act was marked at the popular Milimani Law Court over family conflict yesterday Wednesday, November 16, as a city attorney attacks a business tycoon who has been prosecuted by his divorce wife over kids maintenance.

Barrister Robert Asembo who is representing a woman who is also a government worker attacks the ex-hubby of his clientele with hits and thumps outside the leading law firm (chamber) of judge Robert Mbogo.

Barrister Asembo’s client was requesting Ksh600,000 for kid’s maintenance from the merchant.

The dispute broke out as they are waiting outside the passage, however soon after the attorney blamed the man for inviting some media teams to cover the matter to the detriment of his client.

Asembo, who is a former AFC chairman and former FKF Vice-chair, immediately left after the assault,
