Good luck Jonathan, the former leader, has commented on rumors that he plans to run for president once more that have circulated in various circles.

He said that, in contrast to rumors, he will not run for president.

This information was provided to the world on Tuesday in a book published by Nathaniel Bivan titled “My Time As Chaplain In Aso Rock.”

Obioma Onwuzurumba, the Aso Rock Villa Chapel’s chaplain under Jonathan’s administration, is described in depth in the book, according to the Daily Post.

Jonathan indicated that because he was sought outside of Aso Rock, he is not eligible to seek for the nation’s top position once more.

The former president claimed that by opting to submit an application form and begin lobbying individuals in addition to running for office again, he would be demeaning himself.

He also discussed how he felt when the Almajirai community and Nomadic Herdsmen paid N100,000,000 for the All Progressives Congress, APC, to buy his presidential nomination ticket.

The former governor of Bayelsa state claimed he took pleasure in the commotion surrounding the performance since he is unable to run for president again.

Jonathan said; “I was enjoying the drama. At least they are not insulting me. After all, I was pursued out of the office that I was not good enough. So, if now, Nigerians are saying, ‘Oh, this man should come,’ that means they are cleaning me up. So, let me enjoy the drama.

“If you wake up tomorrow and see that I’m President again, that means there may have been circumstances beyond my control. But not to go and pick one form and go and start lobbying people and running for campaigns, be it PDP power or APC broom and moving across Nigeria. I can’t do that again; if I do that, I will diminish myself.”

In the meantime, President Muhammadu Buhari was praised for his performance by the All Progressives Congress (APC), Canada Chapter, throughout his almost eight years in power.

The Chairman of the APC 2023 Presidential Campaign Council’s PCC Diaspora Directorate, Hon. After Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the presidential candidate for the All Progressives Congress (APC), participated in an interactive session at Chatham House in London, Ifeoma Nwankwo made the statement.

She said that if Buhari is elected president in 2023, his outstanding accomplishments will be built upon by the APC’s nominee.

Hon. Nwankwo asserts that Tinubu should assume the reins of power now that the president has given Nigeria his best effort. Hon. Nwankwo asserts that Tinubu should assume the reins of power now that the president has given Nigeria his best effort.

She explained; “Government is continuum. Our amiable President, Muhammadu Buhari has made laudable achievements and has done his best for Nigeria. We believe that the incoming President, Tinubu will consolidate and also implement his positive agenda for the growth and development of the country”.
