“Go meet your machala for verse sir” – Netizens slam Carter Efe for requesting song collabo with Davido

Angry netizens took to their social media to slam the Nigerian skit-maker cum singer, Carter Efe subsequent to his request to award winning singer, David Adeleke better known as Davido, for a collaboration.

The up and coming artiste, Carter, just unleashed his long-awaited masterpiece tagged “Oluchi” and he felt the song would need a remake with Davido’s verse.

The Machala crooner took to his Twitter account and tagged the Omo Baba Olowo (OBO), to announce the release of the song and to request a verse from DMW boss.

The skitmaker tweeted:

“OLUCHI is out @davido I need a verse from you.”

However, Carter Efe’s tweet was seen as a disrespect to the ‘Stand Strong’ crooner, Davido, which triggered several fans to slam him by telling the Machala singer to instead request a line from his favorite artiste, Wizkid.
