Gospel singer Nathaniel Bassey wins ‘Emmanuel Excellence Award’ in Akwa Ibom state

The popular Nigerian gospel music preacher, minister Nathaniel Bassey, has bagged the 1st edition of Governor Udom Emmanuel’s amazing award for excellence in gospel songs.

On Friday 16th, 2022, the award was handed over to the ‘Halleluyah Challenge Crooner’ at the Christmas Carols Festival, named “Go Forward,” held at the Ibom Ground Hall in Uyo, the State capital of  Akwa Ibom.

The state governor and primogenitor of the award, Mr. Udom Emmanuel, revealed at the presentation that the award is not a reward for the value Nathaniel Bassey has presented to bear through his preaching across the universe but rather a passion and a memento to cherish his donation to the gospel music industry.

He continued that the award is fully anointed to propel the music minister forward, and he prayed to God to honor and increase his greatness.
