‘My twin is dead’- Ebele Okaro mourns her mum, colleagues comfort her

Nollywood maestro and talented actress Ebele Okaro has announced the death of her beloved mother.

She made the announcement in an Instagram post in which she posted a photo of her mum, who she also narrated as her twin.

The 58-year-old actress wrote “My beautiful mother, mentor, twin sister and guardian is gone. May her gentle beautiful soul rest in perfect peace,”.

Fellow celebrities and fans comforted her in the comment section of the post.

Ebele Okaro was birthed on January 19, 1964, in London and raised in Enugu, Nigeria.

She ventured into acting while attending the Santa Maria Primary School and continued while at Nsukka’s Queen of the Holy Rosary Secondary School.

At first, she began studies in education at the University of Calabar, Cross River State, but later discovered her zeal for the dramatic arts and she earned a bachelor’s degree in theatre arts.
