Nigerian pop star, Burna Boy issues stern warning to US rapper, Diddy

The self-acclaimed giant of Africa and Nigerian Grammy award-winner,  “Burna Boy” Ogulu, currently issued a stern warning to the renowned American rapper Diddy to appreciate his position as a musical legend during a challenge.

Burna Boy said why he issued a warning to the music executive to save him from being embarrassed on the dance floor.

It appears that Diddy had challenged the self-described “African Giant” to a dance fight, but it didn’t sit well with him. The two music artists attended a star-studded party in New York, USA.

The 31-year-old Burna Boy cautioned the 53-year-old Diddy that he was an old man and would not be able to keep up with his moves.

The ‘Common Person’ hitmaker said;

“Hey fam, OG! I don’t think you remember you are an old man; I don’t want to disgrace you right here. Don’t call me on the dance floor, I’ve been kinging that sh*t.

“You are the king on the records, I will give you that. But don’t call me on the dance floor mehn, that will be embarrassing for you.”

With his 2020 effort “Twice as Tall” for the ‘Best Global Music Album’ category, Burna Boy won his first Grammy Award in 2021.

One of the album’s executive producers was Diddy.
