Yul Edochie, a Nollywood actor, has responded to a viral video of former Chicken Republic Security Guards who were fired for dancing on duty.
When the restaurant owner watched the footage from overseas, he fired the couple ex-security, as we previously reported.
The Happy Boys are still in the news, with a slew of notable Nigerians wanting to hire them and alter their lives.
Yul Edochie, a Nigerian presidential contender in 2023, has responded to the situation by criticizing the young boys for dancing on duty.
The politician and actor resorted to his verified Twitter account to chastise the Happy boys for dancing while on duty, revealing that social media is driving individuals to do all kinds of negative things merely to be popular.
Yul Edochie advises that one should perform a creditable job when on duty and dance when off duty or at home.
Yul Edochie delivered his saying, quoting his precise words…
“It is wrong for a security guard to be dancing at his duty post.
Socialmedia is making people do all sorts of rubbish just to trend.
You should respect your job.”.
“When you get home after work you can dance till dawn.
You try it with me once I warn you, try it again I fire you.”
