Zimbabwean citizens are reportedly being forced to cut and sell off their toes due to the bad economy.

Many young people in Zimbabwe are really considering embracing the widespread habit of chopping and selling their toes for thousands of dollars to help pay for the high cost of living.

According to reports, the government’s failure to provide jobs for the country’s population is also contributing to this trend.

According to rumors on social media, the bigger toes cost $40,000 (N16 million naira), while the smaller ones cost $20,000. (N8 million dollars). The toes can also be traded in for large luxury automobiles.

Barry Roux, a South African lawyer, and journalist corroborated the claim by posting a video of a guy trying to walk after selling his toe and flaunting his new luxury automobile.
