According to reports, the cop, who is thought to have been impaired by something, was attempting to extort a woman.

When the private security guard saw what was occurring, he interfered and attempted to detain the policeman.

But when the security guard grabbed him by his uniform and tried to drag him away, he resisted.

The woman in the vehicle could be heard imploring the policeman to follow the private security guard and follow the law.
