[Album] Major Lazer – Music Is The Weapon Album

Jamaican-American multi talented electronic dance music trio, Major Lazer, which comprises record producer Diplo, and DJs Walshy Fire and Ape Drums, features a much-anticipated album compilation called Music Is The Weapon.

Music Is The Weapon is the fourth album of the American electronic band Major Lazer, formed in 2008 by Diplo and Switch, with Switch leaving after three years in 2011.

Its music covers many genres, blending reggae with a dance hall, reggaeton, soca, house and moombahton.

The album First announced in 2015, several contradictory comments have been made, the latest claims being that it will be the last album of Major Lazer.

Originally named Music Is The Weapon, it was revealed in 2019 that the album would now be named Lazerism, but later the name was changed back to the original title.

This would be the first album to be released since Jillionaire left the band and was replaced by Ape Drums.
