Nigerian artist Benson Daniel, also known as the stage name BNXN, has come up about his conflict with Ruger coworker Micheal Olayinka.
Remember how Naija News said the pair had a Twitter “war of words”?
When Ruger responded to a BNXN supporter who said the latter was a superior vocalist in July, the conflict between the singers erupted.

In the most recent argument, BNXN, who just released his new album “Bad Since ’97,” sent a joyful message on Twitter on Wednesday after it topped the Nigerian album list on Apple Music.
Sharing a picture of the album’s position on Thursday, BNXN tweeted, “What if I, what if I what if I, COOOKKKK #BadSince97”
The line is a reference to Ruger’s hits song, Girlfriend.
Responding to the tweet, Ruger asked BNXN to “get a solo hit then talk to me fatty bum bum.”
Replying BNXN wrote: “The project will ALWAYS be more important than the hit! Look at Burna Boy! That’s my yardstick, you think I wanna blow with ½ songs and I no fit come back ?? When he was dropping you didn’t call those songs hits back then but you see now? Open your eye patch.”
Sharing pictures of Ruger’s albums, Pandemic EP and The Second Wave (Deluxe edition), which currently sit at number 64 and 33 respectively on the same charts, BNXN also tweeted, “Project #1 and I didn’t have to whine my waist”.
In an interview with Naija FM, Buju discussed the situation and said that Burna Boy and Timaya had cautioned him about his interactions with his coworkers.
He said that they warned him against getting too close to them and informed him that there are a lot of imposters in the music business.
