Rumors have it that the president-elect, Bola Tinubu was rushed abroad for medical treatment after vacating the country in a jet and landing in France late at night.

Some interested parties have questioned the president-elect’s location and health, despite the All Progressives Congress’s (APC) assurance that he just traveled to unwind and recover from the election’s stress.

Shortly after arriving in Abuja on Monday,

On Monday, shortly after arriving in Abuja, and speaking with a few party members, Tinubu emphasized that he had a restful night’s sleep and felt rejuvenated and prepared for the task at hand.

The incoming president spoke to the gathering that accompanied him home saying;

“I’m happy to be back. I have rested, I’m refreshed, and healthy and I’m ready for the task ahead. Forget about what the rumor mill may have told you. I’m strong, very strong.”
