Mobhad: Touching Video As Davido And Crew Arrive Singer’s Candlelight Service

Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba (8 June 1996 – 12 September 2023), known professionally as MohBad, was a Nigerian rapper, singer, and songwriter from Lagos. He was formerly signed to Naira Marley’s Marlian Records and left the label in 2022.

He was best known for his hit singles “Ponmo, Feel Good” and “KPK (Ko Por Ke)” (You Will Always Be Remembered) with Rexxie which was nominated three times for The Headies Awards 2022.

Davido returned to the country for Mohbad’s candlelight procession and tribute concert.

Breaking New!!!  David Adedeji Adeleke OON, who is professionally known as Davido, has arrived in Nigeria for the candlelight procession and tribute concert set to take place in Lekki, Lagos, on Thursday, September 21, in honor of the late Nigerian rapper and singer, Mohbad who died on Sept. 12 in Lagos.

In the video, Davido was seen wearing a T-shirt with the late singer’s picture in his honor. In the last few hours, the video has trended which left Nigerians in emotional turmoil as they praise and thank the singer Davido for showing his support for the late singer, Mohbad.

Hundreds of fans have held protests and candlelight vigils in various Nigerian cities in the last few days in memory of Mohbad, a beloved 27-year-old Nigerian music star who died on Sept. 12.
