Woman accuses spouse of’stuffing’ tissue paper into her private parts and drags him to court.

Mrs. Esther Anaagu, a government servant, took her husband, Emmanuel, to a Customary Court in Jikwoyi, Abuja, on Thursday for allegedly “stuffing” tissue paper in her private area.

“My spouse stuffs a lot of tissue in my private areas after sex,” Anaagu said in her appeal.

“One day, I mustered the guts to approach him about it.” He denied being the one who did it.

“So I devised a trap for him one day,” she explained, “and caught him wrapping tissue paper around his private regions before intercourse.”

She claimed she had always suspected her husband of attempting to kill her.

The respondent, a taxi driver named Emmanuel, rejected the claims.

For the sake of their children, the presiding judge, Mr. Labaran Gusau, encouraged the couple to examine all possible settlement options.

Gusau set a date for a report of settlement or a hearing on March 24.
